Sunday.

Finally, the lights are fixed.  I may have been a bit naggy.

Have I mentioned my new-to-me discovery?
Silk Nog.
With a splash of toasted marshmallow vodka.

And for a little balance, a "behind the scenes" of that bowl of chili.

It's that time of year again.

Through my kitchen window.
The evening ended with a crackling fire + roasted marshmallows.
It was a fine Sunday, indeed.

Marshmallow vodka sounds amazing! I may have to get some of that...I may rethink hot chocolate...I may give up Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride tea!

that chili looks yummy! I would love the recipe! I don't have a recipe for crock pot chili!

I love winter fires.

I wish it was warm enough for an outside fire. I cannot even use my fireplace b/c big boy put in a wood boiler outside that pumps in warm water to our furnace and it gets blazing hot in here if I try to build a fire. Guess I shouldn't complain...I could be sleeping on a grate.

We had a strand go out and hubs fixed it so I decorated the tree...now the same strand is out and I am trying to ignore it. The one downside to a pre-lit ;)
I'm pretty sure I need marshmallow vodka!
